In this function, you’ll start off as a Senior Business Developer. Over time, you’ll prove yourself to evolve into our Belgium-based Sales Manager.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new relevant leads and get them introduced to Adagio and our services
  • Build out a portfolio of your very own clients
  • Establish Adagio’s foothold among life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies
  • Prove yourself as an indispensable asset that makes the business prosper
  • Pitch top clients, including startups and global corporations
  • Prepare and give Elon Musk-like presentations
  • Get an adrenaline rush out of finding the best possible solutions for your client
  • Enlarge Adagio’s exposure, including building up a relevant network and participating in professional events
  • Plan and reach your personal sales targets in collaboration with the CCO

 

Profile

  • Experience with digital agencies, marketing agencies, consultancy
  • Knowledge of the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare industries
  • Enthusiastic networker within the life sciences preferably as a marketer or service provider
  • You are able to combine technical and commercial skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • People-focused personality with strong leadership skills
  • Result-driven personality
  • Able to be a self-starter in a fast paced environment
  • Strong believer of ‘intrapreneurship’
  • “Can do it” mentality
