Digital Marketing Strategist

Ready to join an international team of digital natives who are enthusiasts devoted to projects for national and international life science customers? You will set up and implement multi-channel marketing projects to establish the brand Adagio in the market and to drive lead generation. You think strategically, execute various initiatives and are responsible for the full scope of all corporate marketing activities, in close collaboration with the business development team.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, ensuring targets are met, in close collaboration with our business development team
  • Develop and manage external communications to support core business objectives
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all stakeholders are working in accordance with brand standards
  • Manage our social media presence to extend reach and impact of our corporate and employer brand
  • Create valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Produce compelling sales and marketing collateral, in collaboration with our internal design team
  • Organise corporate events and webinars, from A to Z
  • Manage participation at industry events and conferences through sponsorship negotiation, speakership submissions and/or delegate attendance and support
  • Measure and report performance of your online and offline marketing efforts
  • Build strategic partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis while you guarantee its optimization
  • Work closely with HR on employer branding projects


  • You think strategically but also perform operational tasks
  • You can easily find your way in a number of following e-marketing domains: SEO, SEA, e-mailing, conversion optimization and so on
  • Solid knowledge of WordPress and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills where you are comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You can make a good estimate, prepare a plan and set the right priorities
  • First experience in a Marketing Automation tool (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) is required
