A large and multinational pharmaceutical company had contacted Adagio to help them to design and implement digital customer journeys utilizing their internal platform, Eloqua. Adagio dedicated to this project a digital strategy consultant who also led the implementation of the project as the full-time digital project manager.
Using an agile methodology, the Adagio strategist/project manager led the customer journey strategy, design and implementation of the project, which included various digital assets: responsive emails, landing pages, websites and e-details.
